Izdehar Organization for Human Capacity Development (IOHCD), is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Kurdistan Region, under registration number 1182-K.
The impact of IOHCD could be measured by increasing the size of the intervention, encouraging greater cooperation among NGOs, and by fostering closer cooperation with governments.
We strive to set programs that have the ability to continue once external funding was withdrawn.
